Our working hours are 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. In US Eastern time that is about 12:30 AM to 9:30 AM (11:30 PM to 8:30 AM in winter), so practical live overlap is limited to roughly 8 to 9:30 AM Eastern. We agree call windows up front, and keep work moving with written updates, recorded demos and clear milestones so you are not waiting on real-time conversations.
Our team is based at our Surat office. We do not have a US office, and we would rather say so plainly than imply otherwise.
